The Nomads clubs committee plays an integral part to the success of the club. The committee meets once a month to run, administer and grow the club. The 2024 committee consists of:
Past Captain:

Organize scorecards labels for each game
Do presentation before and after each game.
Set up for each prize giving at the game.
Attend and run the meeting after each game, should be 30 mins
Attend quarterly NATEX meetings
Represent club at Nationals for the National Council meeting

Attend the meeting after each game, should be 30 mins
Assist Treasurer each month at registration, required to be there 1 hr prior to tee off.
Organise the Charity Day.
Assist Captain with presentation.
Read out the Creed whenever we induct people.
Fill in role as Captain if Captain cannot fulfil his role as above.
Attend National Council meeting at Nationals.
Junior Vice Captain:
Mark Rodger
Prepare minutes after each monthly game.
Send minutes from each game to Committee and Gary Mulholland NATEX secretary. And
upload into Samson.
Prepare the Jack Newton Knock out competition Entry forms ‐ Required by End April
Collect, set‐up and manage sponsorship banners at every game for holes and clubhouse
Fill in role as Vice‐Captain if Vice‐Captain cannot fulfil his role as above
Attend National Council meeting at Nationals.
Treasurer:

Receive payments at registration and pay the club prior to leaving the course.
Report on finance each month, and report back to NATEX.
Upload monthly documents into Samson within 30 days after each meeting.
Invoices to players as required.
Provide invoices for Sponsors
Provide support at Charity Day and prepare Charity financials within 60 days after the event.
Attend National Council meeting at Nationals.
Sponsorship Coordinator:

Establish sponsorships
Get banners, flags, etc for each sponsor
Make sure all sponsors are looked after in website, game days and charity day
Match Secretary:

Set up monthly games with clubs.
Prepare time sheet on Samson before each game.
Update Captain on any recognitions from Samson. Ties, 100, 150 games etc.
Membership Officer and Samson Administrator:
Kel Hirini
Ensure Samson membership is update, with DOB, Mobile and Email
Coordinate new member inductees, prospective and guests
Ensure Shirts are embroidered, Allow 2 weeks.
Samson Scoring:
Gary Mulholland
Score each game in Samson and complete the prize sheet.
Upload events into Golf Australia.
Webmaster:

Update website
Update Facebook
Update game registration portal each month.
Equipment Officer:
Andrew McGlone
Manage all belts, hats, shirts, sock, ties, service badges and 40 pointer badges
Have shirts embroidered for inductees
Away Tour Coordinator:
Responsible for all away tour management and planning incl games, teams, payments, etc

Seek JVC nominations – Start consideration June, must be in 30 prior to the AGM ‐ Nov 1,
other wise this goes to the floor at AGM in December
